Competitors: The closest product to ours is called Effie (Not too many competitors with very similar product, and Effie isn’t very well known, so we have a good opportunity to expand)

Our main competitor won’t be with similar products (since they are very expensive and not well known) but with regular irons.

Our first business model is focused on selling individual units to households, and not to expand to businesses.

Given our limited resources, we would first start selling only in the US.

Most people with sufficiently high income, corporate jobs would find potential in our product, so our initial SOM would be about 15mil units, but once we expand our business model to potentially interested hotels and dry cleaning services in the US, this number would rise to at least 90 mil units.

We could obtain about 38% of the ironing market.

• Temperature button- Though the Ironing Ace is conveniently tweaked to your clothes’ needs, if you have a very delicate fabric that needs to be pressed at an exact temperature, you can tweak it to your liking.
• Screen- Tells when the ironing is done and will show what temperature you choose, the material, and the intensity.
• Intensity button- When you press this button you can change the intensity.
• Material button-  When you press this button you can select the material of the item.
• Child lock/safety mechanism- This makes sure that children can’t place their hands inside and burn them.

How to work the Ironing Ace

• Press the leftmost button to turn it on
• Choose your settings/preferences
• Insert your shirt pants, etc.
• Wait for just a couple of seconds(Until your item has come out)
• Take your item out of the machine

Why our product is better

This machine is great for kids because it can teach kids how to be neat. But how? Ironing is an example of helping around the house and if kids learn how to iron at a young age when they go to college they will have one less thing to worry about.
